One of the biggest challenges of a digital marketing agency is to find new clients. And if you have just started a new firm, finding the very first few clients will be challenging even if you offer SEO, SMM or PPC services.

So I am giving you a few tips and hacks to help you get more clients. What I am going to give you is a very realistic and a very practical way of getting clients.

First and foremost you have to figure out which niche you can help and find clients that can benefit from your services in those niche. 

There's a lot of ways to do that. I am going to show you how you can find clients from Google, Instagram, facebook and also how to close them.

I will also show you how to do a full complete audit of a possible client, on what could be improved or should be improved in their business to 10x their results.

Getting leads from Google.

First it's important to pick the niche that you can help. Let's say you have picked the niche dentist. So now you can type 'dentist' in Google or you can add demographics like 'dentist in New York' and the first thing you have to look, is the people that are running advertising. Then open the ads and view each one of them.

The ads will probably open their websites or landing pages. Now we know that these people are paying for google ads. And Google ads are more expensive than Facebook ads. Then you can look for what you can improve in their websites that will help their business.

You can look whether their site is secure or not, whether they have a marketing video or not, whether they have a call to action button in the front or not, whether they have Facebook pixel or not, and so on. 

Where to find their info.

And after knowing what is wrong with their site or what can be improved in their business, then you make an audit, a video where you explain to them that they can improve this and that in their website and make much better results.

Now after that you can find their email address or phone number at the footer section, or if it's not there you can look in their 'about us' page. After that what you should do is to text them or email them.

Giving a free audit.

If they didn't look at your email, you send a second email 24 hours later, or later if they didn't look at it you can send a text message to their numbers and still if they didn't look at any of it, you should call them and try to close the deal.

You can say something like "heh I am 'xy' from 'xyz' marketing agency and I just did an audit for you to show you how you could improve your ad spent, your conversation rate, make more sales by spending more or less money.

So I made a free video and it's already in your inbox, can you check it," And one important thing is you have to make sure that your audit has reached the right person, not a receptionist or someone.

So like if they say "yeah yeah! I got it." on the phone don't say okay, you should say something like "what I want you to do is to click on the email" and you don't say anything. Now they're gonna be like “what the hell!”. They're gonna think, and wait and as you are silent, they will flinch.

Now you are in control. After that you can say depending on the scenario. To the recipient you can say something like ”I guess that you are not the right person, so when should i call back, or who should i call back?”. Like this you need to make sure you have reached the right person.

What if the receptionist makes the decision to not deliver the message that you just say, to not deliver the email to the dentist. So you need to make sure that the dentist actually saw the email. And this is where you are basically 10x your chance of getting a lead or sale. 

Five Thing To Look At

So again just a brief summary. There is really like five things to look at

1) Do they have a facebook pixel if they have social media presence,

2) Do they have a call to action,

3) Do they have a button to the call to action,

4) Do they have a marketing video and

5) The overall of the landing page or site being optimised to convert. You can also look at the mobile version, maybe it’s not even optimised for mobile viewing.

Getting leads from Instagram.

On Instagram, we are probably looking at the infopreneur space, as you wanna target people who are selling something like a course, services or stuff.

So as for example, let’s say we type “amazon fba” and search for profiles. Then we look for people who are selling amazon fba courses and stuff.

Go through 10 or 15 different profiles, and open their link in bio, which most of them will open their landing pages for selling their courses.

Then the next step is the same. You look at their landing page whether they have Facebook pixel or not, whether they have current running Facebook ads or not, whether they have a marketing video or not, whether they have a call to action button in the front or not, whether  their “call to action” button at the right place or not, and such.

But one important thing here is to make sure they are legit. Because you don't want to have a client that is selling scam courses and stuff.

You wanna help the legit course sellers. There are also a lot of scammers on instagram, who are selling fake courses. So you need to be aware of that. After that you can make an audit and try to close them.

How to look whether someone has facebook ads currently running or not.

The way to know that is to go to facebook.com/ads/libary and type in the person’s profile in the facebook ads search box. Then you can go to their profiles and see whether they have current running ads or not. So this is the way to do it guys
Similarly you can search for leads from youtube, linkedin, facebook, etc. then you can open their sites and landing page where they are selling their services or products then look for the key things like, whether they have a facebook pixel if they have social media presence,

Whether they have a call to action, whether they have the “call to action” button in the right place, whether they have a marketing video and so on.

Then you can make the audit for them. Finally you can do the sales closing by email and by literally calling them.
